Description PIK93 is an inhibitor of PI3K that exhibits some selectivity for p110α and p110γ. PIK93 also inhibits PI4KIIIβ, a phosphatidylinositol enzyme similar to PI3K. PIK93 decreases translocation of transient receptor potential cation channel 6 (TRPC6) to the plasma membrane in vitro and may alter Ca2+ signaling as a result.
