Description
Cyanopeptolins are cytotoxic serine protease inhibitors that is produced by species of cyanobacteria Microcystis. Cyanopeptolins inhibit chymotrypsin, trypsin, plasmin, and elastase. Cyanopeptolins may also exhibit some antibacterial activity against gram positive and gram negative bacteria.
